Join us on Sat. Nov. 15 for our Christmas Craft Fair and Bazaar! Come get Christmas shopping done early and have fun with raffles, entertainment & more at our Christmas Bazaar!

Christmas Bazaar Volunteer Hours

We are looking for volunteers to assist with the St. Anne Parish Christmas Craft Fair and Bazaar at the following times:

Thursday, Nov. 13 between 10 AM and 4 PM– Assisting with moving items from the hallway to the gym, setting up tables and putting tablecloths on the tables.

Friday, Nov. 14 between 10 AM and 6 PM– Assisting with moving any other items to the gym, setting up vendor classrooms and decorating.

Saturday, Nov. 15 between 9 AM and 6 PM– Assisting with set-up prior to the Bazaar, during the Bazaar itself at the white elephant tables and in the kitchen and assisting with clean-up starting at 4 PM.

Volunteering at the Bazaar is a great opportunity for those in middle and high school who need volunteer hours! Any help is always appreciated!

Christmas Bazaar Baked Goods

If you are looking to get involved in the Christmas Craft Fair and Bazaar this year, we are still looking for baked goods for our baked goods table! We are looking for freshly-baked goods to be delivered to our offices at 20 Como Road in Hyde Park on Saturday, Nov. 15 starting at 8 AM. Thank you in advance for your generosity!

Christmas Bazaar Raffle Donations or Baskets

Any raffle baskets or items to be combined with others into a basket can be dropped off during the day between 9 AM and 5 PM at the Collaborative Center until Thursday, Nov. 13! We need time to write a sign and prepare the baskets for Saturday’s event!
