Vacation Bible School

Training to be Champions for Christ

Our First Annual Blue Hills Collaborative Vacation Bible School was a huge hit! Many thanks to Sheila Farley, Nancy Wilson-Miele, Doreen Hayes, Angela Cross, Noreen & Eileen Rezendes, as well as our other teens, Maya Acosta, Samantha Babiaza, and Kathryn Burns. We didn't have a lot of kids, but those that came had a blast, as did everyone who helped! Already looking forward to next year!

The parishes of the Blue Hills Collaborative are proud to announce the First Annual Vacation Bible School, which will be held Monday to Friday, August 14-18, 2017 from 9 am to 12 noon, at the Collaborative Center.

This year, we will have an Olympic/Sports themed program where kids currently in grades K-5 will be inspired to set GOALS and AIM for a commitment to excellence in their Catholic faith.  Just as it takes hard work to train for the Olympics, it’s also important to get the right training to live out our faith. During this program, kids will become engaged into the LIFE OF CHRIST with teachings from God’s Word on the Commandments, the Beatitudes, and the Fruits of the Holy Spirit. And like all VBS programs, there will be plenty of games, music, and fun!

Cost for the week is just $25 and includes a FREE tee shirt for anyone who signs up before July 24

We are still looking for a handful of adults and mature teens who enjoy working with young children to assist us with preparation and working with the kids during the week of VBS. For more information, please contact St Anne’s parishioner Angela Cross, Sheila Farley or Stephen May

To register, click here, or paper forms will be available in the back of each church from June 18th until July 9th and at the Collaborative Center, Monday – Friday, between 9 am and 3 pm only.
